HostMaxPro was originally an experiment among friends in Sacramento, CA. a year or so ago, to provide hosting for select local personal pages and provide one-on-one fast support service. The service grew to a point where many questioned: why not make this a real business, providing the same level of service to people all over the world? The answer was simple: Why not?

Thus new, faster servers were set up, and HostMaxPro was born, with three things in mind that separated us from "big" hosting companies:

One: the personal touch. We wanted to quickly and courteously answer any and all questions, concerns and problems, and get to know your name in the process. We promise 24 hour or less response times for all tickets and e-mails, NO exceptions.

Two: Fast servers, without the big promises given by many large hosts, who promise big and deliver small. No overloading servers, no overselling, and quality being the prime focus, not just profit. This keeps site load times fast for everyone.

Three: Low prices, WITHOUT the need to sign up for long contracts. Lots of ways to pay, from check/Money order, Wire Transfer, Credit Card, PayPal, AlertPay and more. And we'll do our very best not to raise or change the rates.

These things we promise to all of our users, and these things will never change.
